Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid 5 days from receipt of shipment.  All returns must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by contacting us via email (info@towelcanada.com).

If a return is for a reason due to a mistake (made by us) or manufacturer's defect, return shipping expense will be paid by towelCANADA.  All other authorized return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sales are final (no refund or exchange) on discounted, sale or discontinued items.

Item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that it was received. 

To complete eligible returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. 

Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Refunds 

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. 

If all return conditions are met, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 

Any item marked as a gift is only exchangeable for equal value or can be applied as a credit towards the purchase of a greater valued item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the exchange and delivery of the new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
